Our Story
Park Hall Countryside Experience opened its farm gates back in April 2000.
Originally the farm had been a working farm museum and was acquired for redevelopment in the late 1990s by a small group of North Shropshire farmers and businessmen.
Two of the original farmers, Richard Powell and Martyn Hughes, had the vision to transform the site into the much-loved farm attraction it is today. They are both experienced farmers in dairying and sheep farming and wanted to pass on their passion for agritourism to families in the local area.
Richard, Martyn, their family members, and a dedicated team of staff have helped grow Park Hall into a multi award-winning family visitor attraction with all-weather facilities.
